I own all rights to my work. Putting my art into AI Engines, minting NFTs, or selling as commercial merchandise without my permission is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to post my work anywhere online, although I will respect your request if you don’t want it posted.

I may decline any commission for any reason, and may cancel a commission with appropriate refund given.

I may work on commissions in any order and take breaks at my discretion.

You may use and print your commission for personal use only, NOT for profit.

You may post your commission to your own website/social media but should always credit @bluhaiz or link back to me in some way. NEVER REMOVE MY SIGNATURE.

You may ask for updates if you haven’t heard from me in a while. However, please be patient, as art is not my full-time job and life comes first. I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, lineart, and final check phases.

You may request small edits or corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws require additional charge.

Payment is via PayPal Goods & Services ONLY, in USD.

Payment is sent AFTER I finish your piece but BEFORE I send the unwatermarked version. For pieces $20 and above, a deposit of 50% must be paid after approving the sketch. The remainder will be paid once the piece is complete.

REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece. Please communicate if you wish to cancel your commission at any point, and we can negotiate a fair refund.

Please be kind and patient. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me at any point will result in me canceling the commission, potentially without refund.
